Refund policy
WE HOPE YOU LOVE WHAT YOU ORDERED, BUT IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE, YOUR REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT ONLY.
To be eligible for store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
The return period depends on where you purchased your item:
In-Store
We have a 14-day policy, which means you have 14 days after purchasing your item to return the item to the store. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Online
Return requests must be initiated on our website within 7 days of order delivery. Log in to your account (https://account.acaciasf.com) by entering your email address to receive a one-time pass code. Once logged in, you can view your order history and submit return requests for eligible items. After return authorization is received, the items must be returned to us within two weeks.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The items must be packed securely and shipped using a trackable, insured method.
Items sent back to us without initiating a return request will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at help@acaciasf.com.
Store Credit
If your return is accepted, store credit will be issued for the original charge minus the original shipping and handling costs. Accessing your credit is simple—just log in to our website using your email address, and you’ll receive a one-time code. Once you’re signed in, the store credit will automatically show up as a payment option at checkout.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please place a new order for your desired items and apply store credit at checkout.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returns are not accepted on certain items: perishable goods (such as food items), custom products (such as special orders), and personal care goods (such as health and beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale items or gift cards may not be returned.
Damage / Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. More information here.
