SHIPPING COSTS
How much does shipping cost?
Most domestic orders ship for a flat rate of $9.99. Orders with a subtotal of $299 or more (before taxes and shipping) qualify for free standard shipping. We ship to all 50 states.
Are there items that don't qualify for flat-rate or free shipping?
Yes. Items that are particularly heavy, bulky, large, or fragile may carry an additional shipping surcharge, which will be noted on the product page and at checkout. These items do not qualify for the $9.99 flat rate or free shipping.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, expedited shipping can be arranged for an additional charge. Please contact us before placing your order to arrange this.
PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
How long does it take to process my order?
Most in-stock orders are processed within 5 business days, though it may take longer during periods of high order volume or if an item is out of stock. If your order is time-sensitive, please reach out before ordering.
How long will delivery take once my order ships?
We ship from San Francisco, CA. Standard shipping typically takes 1–8 business days depending on your location. Standard shipping is not a guaranteed delivery service and may take longer due to weather or other circumstances outside our control.
What happens if my package is returned as undeliverable?
If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, an additional shipping fee will be required to re-send it. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and that it's a location where packages can be delivered safely.
STORE PICKUP
Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes. Select the store pickup option at checkout. Most in-stock items are ready within 1–2 days. You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready to collect.
When can I pick up my order?
During store hours: Tuesday–Thursday 11am–6pm, Friday 11am–4pm, Saturday 10am–3pm. We're located at Three Embarcadero Center, Street Level, San Francisco.
GIFT WRAPPING & INTERNATIONAL
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. If you'd like your order gift wrapped or to include a personal message, simply leave a note during checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available and costs are calculated per order, billed separately. Please get in touch at hello@acaciasf.com before placing your order.
A note on packaging: we repurpose gently used shipping boxes and packing materials we receive, to minimize unnecessary waste. We hope you appreciate our approach — even if it means forgoing the branded unboxing experience!
